Coronavirus: Customer Notice - Wednesday 1st April 2020

This is an update to our notice of 27th March.  We have made an amendment to our policy about taking new orders.

In light of the rapidly escalating threat posed by Covid-19 and in line with the Government directive that only essential goods and services should be supplied, Azpects Ltd ceased the distribution of orders on Friday 27th March.

Regrettably, orders that were already in the system but had not been processed on that day will not be fulfilled.  Those orders will be placed on hold for later processing and dispatch, should the customer so wish.  A skeleton staff, working from home, will continue to monitor and handle customer queries by both telephone and email during usual working hours.

New Information.  Any new orders placed by email or fax during this shut-down period, will be monitored, held within the ordering system and processed as soon as we return to work, in the date and time order in which they were placed.

Otherwise, at this time, our position remains unchanged.  In this time of international crisis, the Company cannot continue to operate and put lives at risk.  Moving forwards we will continue to monitor the supply position and, as necessary, review our policy.

Once again, Azpects thanks its customers for their forbearance in these trying times and we hope they and their families and friends remain safe and well.
